Vocus Featured Employee: Meet Hiram

Happy Friday! Today’s Featured Employee works in our North Carolina office as a Product Expert in the Client Services Department. He joined us last May and says his favorite part of his job is troubleshooting. He tells us that he really enjoys “figuring out why something isn’t working for the customer and then walking the customer through the steps of resolving the issue. My customers are very happy with my help after each interaction.” Hiram is a positive person and gets right to the point in his responses to our Featured Employee questions. Q: What’s the song most played on your iPod these days?

A: “The Sky is the Limit” – Lil Wayne

Q: What’s your favorite food?

A: Chicken Fajitas

Q: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?

A: Florida, because of the nice weather all year round.

Q: What is your most treasured possession?

A: This is so not cliché, but my job is my most treasured possession.

Q: What’s the one word you would choose to describe yourself?

A: Optimistic

Q: What’s some advice you would give a new employee for being successful at Vocus?

A: Learn to love what you do and everything will come naturally.
