Today’s Featured Employee, Nicole, joined the iContact team in June last year. She came on board after a friend of hers raved about the iContact product and insisted that there was a job opening that would be perfect for her. Nicole works as a Customer Success Manager and helps small businesses make the most of their email marketing campaigns. Q: What’s the song most played on your iPod these days?
A: Anything Could Happen by Ellie Goulding
Q: What’s your favorite food?
A: Lobster anything, seared scallops, mussels in a white wine butter sauce… I could go on and on, I am a foodie at heart.
Q: If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
A: I would live in Coogee, NSW Australia! I studied abroad at the University of New South Wales and fell in love with this quaint beach town. You could spend the whole day relaxing on the beautiful beach and at night enjoy all the amazing seafood at local restaurants.
Q: What is your most treasured possession?
A: My wedding video!
Q: What’s the one word you would choose to describe yourself?
A: Dazzling
Q: What’s some advice you would give a new employee for being successful at Vocus?
A: Always push yourself to gain more knowledge about this exciting and ever-changing industry.
