Marketing Manager

This person will play a key role in identifying, developing, and implementing lead generation programs. You will design campaigns that align with corporate and product strategies and utilize a mix of email, direct mail, online marketing, webinars and event-based campaigns to attract new customers.

Responsibilities:

    • Implement a lead management program, including lead-nurturing and lead scoring, to increase revenue pipeline, while producing more educated, qualified, and sales-ready leads
    • Manage the company's marketing automation efforts, including nurture email/direct mail campaigns using Eloqua as well as other software applications
    • Requires full understanding of lead management, planning, qualification, nurturing scoring and routing with the ability to deliver regular reports and metrics on the lead conversions
    • Propose new online/outbound marketing program ideas along with data, costs, and estimated ROI to execute these programs.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
    • 4-6 years experience in direct marketing
    • Hands-on experience with implementing extended nurture email marketing campaigns using marketing automation software, preferably Eloqua but experience with similar programs such as Marketo, Silverpop, or similar application will be considered.
    • Hands-on experience reporting on and managing marketing activities in Salesforce.com
    • Strong written communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to produce letter-perfect email communications and landing pages.
