Professional Services Consultant:
(Located at corporate office in Beltsville, Maryland)
This is a contract position that will last 4 to 5 months and may lead to a regular full time position.
Qualifications:
- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for multi location organization
- Performs benefits administration – claims resolution, reporting, invoicing, communication
- Vendor communication and management
- Assists in evaluation of reports/information
- Recommends new procedures/policies
- Maintain HRIS and vendor systems and compile reports
- Federal/state law compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources
